FREE Standard UK Shipping: 5-7 working days
International Orders:
To Mainland Europe: 8-10 working days
Rest of the World: 8-12 working days

Due to our fast turn-around, we are unable to make changes to delivery information once an order has been passed to our delivery partners.
We advise any requests to modify address be made to our delivery partner after this point.
RETURNS & REFUNDS

We offer a 28-day returns window from the date of delivery. A request to return must be made to us within this time.
Please note that we can only accept items unworn, undamaged and unused with all original tags intact.

We are pleased to offer a no-hassle exchange service exclusively for our UK customers.
How does it work?
Simply contact our team at info@zerolondon.co.uk within 28-days of your initial order delivery date, please provide your order number and let us know which item you would like to exchange.
Please note: We are only able to exchange items for the same item in a different colour or size.

Refunds are processed within 10 working days of our recieving your returned order or cancellation date.
For your peace of mind, orders returned to us within the UK are tracked.
Please note, refunds can only be issued to the original payment method.

We are pleased to accept payment in 100+ currencies, these will be caluclated at checkout.

If a product is nowhere to be found, we are sorry to say that it is no longer availble. Don't forget to try using the search bar!
Once and order has been placed, you should recieve an automated email within minutes.
During busy periods this may take a little longer. In this case, you should expect a confirmation in no later than 24 hours
If this time has elapsed, please contact us by email and one of our team will be happy to assist you further.
We strongly suggest contacting your bank to confirm funds have been held/taken prior to contacting our team, as authorisation issues from account/credit providers can often be the cause for an order not being placed successfully.
