International Orders:

Some destinations outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to additional customs and import fees, these are decided by the customs authority in the country of destination. As such, we are unable to influence or waive these fees on your behalf.

Should payment of duty fees be refused at point of entry into the final destination country, cost of delivery will be deducted from any  final refund total once items have been returned to us.

OUR RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

We offer a 28-day returns & exchange window from the date of delivery. A request to return must be made  by contacting our customer service team (info@zerolondon.co.uk) if from outside the UK. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. The cost of return delivery may be deducted from the final refund amount. Please see below for a breakdown of these costs.

Please note: We can only accept items unworn, undamaged and unused with all original tags intact. Exchanges are available in the UK only. 

I'D LIKE TO RETURN AN ITEM - (UK)

We've gone paperless with our returns! Returning in the UK has never been so simple! We've teamed up with Royal Mail, to offer a seamless returns service.

How does it work?

Simple! Just contact info@zerolondon.co.uk with your order number to request a refund, we'll ask just a few questions before we email you a QR code. Then, all you need to do is present your sealed package and QR code on your mobile device to any Royal Mail or Post Office location in the UK. We'll take it from there!

How long does it take?

We aim to process UK returns and refund within 10 working days. For your added peace of mind, all our UK returns are sent back to us using tracked services.

I'D LIKE TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM - (UK)

We are pleased to offer a free no-hassle exchange service exclusively for our UK customers.

How does it work?

Simply contact our team at info@zerolondon.co.uk quoting your order number and which item/s you would like to exchange. We'll email you a free returns label/QR code, once we have received your package we will send your replacement!

Please Note: We are only able to offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or colour.
